Service Refund Policy
1) Service Provision Period of Kim & Rhee Law Office
- Consultation services are provided within 48 hours of payment receipt, and the service concludes upon completion of the consultation.
- Other services are provided within 7 days of payment receipt, and the service concludes upon delivery of the work.
- Attorney appointments/retainers are governed by the terms outlined in the respective appointment/retainer contract.
2) Refund Policy of Kim & Rhee Law Office
A) Basic Refund Policy:
- After payment for the service or notification of service acceptance, a refund may be issued upon the customer's request, subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
- Once contact with the attorney has been established or notification of service commencement has been issued, refunds are no longer available.
- If the client engages in abusive language, threats, or verbal abuse during the attorney's consultation service, the consultation will be terminated immediately, and no refund will be issued for any remaining fees.
B) Refund Due to Attorney's Fault:
- If the service requested by the customer is not performed due to the attorney's fault, or if the service is substantially misperformed from a reasonable perspective, a full refund of the payment amount will be provided.
