Consultation Service Refund Policy
- • Phone consultations are provided within 24 hours after payment, and the service ends once the consultation is completed.
- • In-person consultations are provided after the reservation is confirmed, and the service ends once the consultation is completed.
- • After payment or intake confirmation, refunds are available upon request after deducting a 20% cancellation fee.
- • However, same-day cancellations are not refundable for In-person consultations.
- • Refunds are not available after contact with an attorney or after notice that the service has commenced.
- • If abusive language, threats, or verbal misconduct occur during the consultation, the service may end immediately and any remaining time will not be refunded.
